Remote Video Capture with Robert Weiss

Robert Weiss behind the scenes on a shoot for Dechert, NYC 2018*

“See you in front of the camera” is the salutation with which Robert Weiss, of Multivision Digital, one of the top video production companies in NYC, signs his emails. These days, we’re all in front of the camera. Not only are we in front of cameras more often than ever, but the flip side is that we’re all watching more video than ever before, too. There is an opportunity to produce strategic content to meet this demand and the means to do so safely despite the pandemic. In this episode Robert and I discuss three approaches to safely creating content now, during the pandemic, with a focus on remote video capture. We look forward to a post-pandemic period when remote video capture will remain a means of producing content at scale across a broad geographic footprint.

Recorded December 15, 2020 via Zoom.

Podcasting Savvy Panel, 2018 Legal Marketing Association Northeast Regional Conference

At the 2018 Legal Marketing Association’s Northeast Regional Conference, I was on a panel with Angela Robinson (Marketing Communications Manager, Finnegan) and Robert Ambrogi (host, LawNext podcast) that was moderated by Susan Peters (President, Greybridge PR). We discussed topics such as strategic goals, what useful content sounds like, the nitty gritty of producing a podcast and how to grow one’s audience.

Recorded October 25, 2018 at the LMANE Regional Conference in Boston, MA.

LMS IRL: Michael on “Podcast Savvy” Panel at LMANE Conference

I’ll be at the Legal Marketing Association’s Northeast Regional Conference speaking on the “Podcast Savvy” panel later today. Susan Peters of Greybridge PR is moderating and Angela Robinson (Marketing Communications Manager at Finnegan) and Robert Ambrogi (host of Law Next) are my co-panelists.

If your firm is planning a podcast or looking to take one to the next level the panel will provide a wealth of information. And, if you can’t make the panel do at least say hello!
