One aspect of legal marketing that I have always found fascinating is the career shift that occurs when it becomes incumbent upon associates and new partners to begin selling their services and those of their firm in order to move their careers forward. Chris Seleski and M. Frank Francis join me to discus their experiences navigating this shift.
